Auto Jumble and Collectables Applications
To apply for a 2018 Auto Jumble and Collectables pitch please follow the link below and complete the enquiry form in full to include a detailed stock description and photo of your stand.
Less pitches will be available this year due to the space limitations of the 50th Anniversary show, a revised entry criteria will be implemented with stands only being approved if they are selling bonified Auto Jumble (i.e. motor related vehicle parts suitable for classic vehicle restorations for vintage cars, motorcycles, cycles, lorries and tractors) or Collectables (i.e. vintage goods & memorabilia and wares of interest to collectors, including vintage tools, anvils/ other blacksmith items, old lamps, old oil cans, old models, antique pottery & other antiques, glassware, signs, badges, books/magazine, Kitchenalia, miliatria and ephemera).
In order to meet the revised criteria and before any confirmation of applications can be made, all stand holders will be required to give an accurate description of the goods and wears they have for sale including a photograph of their stand.
Any new enquiries for auto jumble will also be required to provide two references from other events they attend.
Please note the 2018 Auto Jumble has been relocated to a new area, in a different part of the show. 2018 Auto Jumble and Collectables will also be on a pre-allocated basis.
All pitches are ‘open space’ sites. Rents are charged at £21.00 per foot frontage plus VAT with a minimum frontage of 15ft. A 15ft frontage pitch is £315.00 plus VAT. All stands are 40ft standard depth.
The Organisers reserve the right to refuse any application, if in the Organisers opinion, the goods or wares for sale do not meet the required criteria.
Any stand that arrives at the show and attempts to sell goods and/or wares of a different type to those agreed with the Organisers, will be asked to leave.
