The Great Dorset Steam Fair has one of the largest number of exhibitors and trade stands at any county show or major festival in the UK, regularly totaling over 3,000,  giving a massive choice and selection for the public.

Exhibitor and Trade stand demand to attend the Great Dorset Steam Fair is significant and you are advised to apply early in order to be considered. Please note that it is our policy to seek out quality exhibits and trade stands, as such you will have a better chance of being accepted if your exhibit/trade stand is of a high standard.

Should you be interested in exhibiting or trading at the 2022 show, in the first instance you will need to send us full details either by clicking on and completing the Exhibitor Enquiry Form or Trade Stand Enquiry Form labelled below or by post to The Great Dorset Steam Fair Ltd, PO Box 9620 Blandford Forum, Dorset, DT11 1EP. Should your exhibit or trade stand be of interest to the show you will then be sent an official entry/application form to complete. (Please ensure you include an up to date photo of your exhibit and/or trade stand.)
