The Great Dorset Steam Fair has an excellent variety of Drink and Food outlets across the showground to suit all tastes.

Our Music Festival areas comprising of four large Entertainment Marquees and the Outdoor Concert Area, all include purpose built bespoke bars with an excellent choice of traditional draught ales, ciders, lagers, Guinness, spirits and wines. If you are a real ale connoisseur, the Real Ale Entertainment Marquee has a large and delightful selection of mouth watering real ales from micro breweries based here in the south west together with some famous national brands.

As you wander around the showground you may wish to sample the delights of a locally produced cider from one of the distinctive rustic cider stalls which are ideally located as you soak up the special atmosphere that makes the Great Dorset Steam Fair so fascinating to our visitors.

We pride ourselves on having an excellent selection of outside catering stands at the show with caterers supplying food from the four corners of the globe. Some of our favourite cuisine includes Indian, Oriental, Mexican, crepes, pizza, hog roast/carvery, steaks, Cornish pasties, Jacket potatoes, toasted sandwiches, ploughman’s as well as the good old English fish & chips and hot dogs. Whatever your tastes we have it covered!

And don’t forget that our Food Hall Marquees provide a fine selection of wholesome country ‘tucker’ including fresh cooked bread, cakes and pastries, home made speciality sausages and pies, strawberries, cream teas, local jams, cheeses, pickles and ploughman’s lunches.
